The Announcement Bar says where I am at right now. The rain has locked me away in the studio, a good thing in a way, but I miss the energy of the sun, it’s getting very dreary.
#march4justice is a work that flowed easily after mulling over events of the past year. The actual execution of the painting was forthright and clear. Very rarely, for me, does the connection of thoughts, emotions and purpose come together with a result of which I am reasonably content. Somehow this painting still talks to me, it continues to have dialogue and a provocative energy………. challenging me to “think” some more!
It has gone to a place in Tasmania where it will continue to inspire, question and energise its audience.
